| Called them today about a set of front camber arms I just picked up. Bounced me around to two different people, then a voicemail. No one called me back after 4+ hours... So I called again and got some good for nothing smartass in their tech dept. who basically knew nothing about any question I asked him, then gave me attitude on top of it. I simply asked if a small bow'ing (1/16") could be due to manufacturing tolerances and if the arm still threaded in out fine would the arm be fine? Dead air... Then I asked what the total length of the arm could be (to not leave too little threads in the turnbuckle weakening the arm), again dead air... He says an alignment specialist can figgure that out! I was like, you make the arm! If it was on the car and an alignment specialist cranks them open too much to get the car in spec (but exposes too much threads thus weaning the arm), how would he know without knowing a determined total value from you? He said, no one has ever asked us that before, sorry, I can't help you, And hung up... WTF?!?
